You want one until you see how much they want for insurance.

Add in all the extra gas it is going to take since it gets worse gas mileage.

and then multiply it by the maintence costs, because there are two of everything

the a4 look better and better when you look at it like that

Yes, I am a bad ass! Way to be a dick, I was just stating I don't really care about gas mileage since I have had cars that get like 12mpg... So it won't bother me...

Had cars that get 12 mpg when? Back when gas was $2 a gallon for reg unleaded? Huge difference now when you buying super/prem unleaded for $4 a gallon seeing that the price of gas only seems to go UP.

I have had cars/trucks that got 10 mpg as well and I would never have them anymore. Just sold my previous rig befor I got my audi, and my truck took regular.....

Back in the good ol' day, when gas cost $.60, it was actually a larger portion of people's disposable income than the ratio of cost of gas to income is today.

Actually, even our current inflation-adjusted average gas price right now is far above what it has been since 1947, so that's not true. The only exception was the spike in gas prices during the late 70's/early 80's.

In fact, today's inflation-adjusted price per gallon is approaching twice what it was in the early 90's.

...... WHAT?! $6700 a year? I'm paying $1300 a year for full coverage. What have you done to make it so high?

I am betting on a late night encounter with a DMV worker that went sour.
