Since Sarah is a noob and has lots of questions, I think it's time we created her very own thread to answer all her questions before she ends up with her own sub-forum.
I'll start:
In regards to your question about having the windows down in the rain,
The window doesn't have to be all the way down, just barely crack the two back windows and you'll be fine. Throw a towel in the car to wipe the seats and doors off if they get too wet. [up]

It's ow-dee. People who say "ah-dee" are usually inbred or born before 1940. Or both.

Usually people who have never heard of the correct pronounciation, so they're going off of "audio".

I've heard "Ow-dee" (of course how I say it) and "Aw-dee" ( how people who ask if I have software with my BT setup say it). Never heard "Ah-dee" though....

well I always say owdie. The ppl that say ahdie really threw me for a loop. So I had to make sure I was pronouncing the brand of my car the correct way so that I don't look like a complete idiot.....LOL.

SO......this morning I'm coming into work and I have my FM and AM settings on FM AS. Out of the corner of my eye I see it changing and saying different things. I looked at it closely and then realized that it was displaying the radio station (104.5), the radio station name (THE CAT), and the singer's name (daughtery), and the name of the song (home). I have never seen this before and wanted to know if this will happen with all stations or is this just on occasion when the information is available and will this vary with each song that's being broadcast.

there is a button that you press that tells you radio station name and soung title..not all stations work..it also depends on which model radio you have in you car. the one in mine i believe has a RDS button that you can turn it on and off...i think its RDS..lol not 100% sure because i never use that button..i just leave it on

I really like this option so I want it to do this always so I will def. be leaving it on. Thanks for the info and mine is an Audi Symphony II, I think. I do know it has that RDS button.

LOL.....not weird at all. Around Ky if you're filippino you might as well be related to all the filippinos around here. Everyone's very friendly. I hang out with more filippinos than he does really so if you do come down this way hit me up and I'll show ya around.

lol..i really didnt think the asian population was high towards the southern states..Im asian(chinese) and i hate hot weather..especially humid hot weather..
My people live on islands, so I guess it's different for me. Plus, northern seafood sucks unless it's from a coastal city.
I love hot weather. If it dips below 40, it's too cold for me.

I was about to say Pacific Islanders are used to the muggy hot weather that much I know. Ever been to Guam? the place is like a sauna some times but it is gorgeous and the peeps are great to each other.
