Who has replaced steering wheel by Multifunctional one??

A friend of mine wants to replace his steering wheel by an Multifunctional one that enables him to use his car-cellphone with this steering wheel.
He wants the function, volume and answering the call with it.

Is it for a B7 or a B6, cause the B6 has a diff airbag so there are some problems with that.
