PZ installed the coilovers on Monday. Ride is fantastic. He also put in the RS4 rear sway. I already have 2000 miles on this in less than a month. Two trips to Austin will do that. Also been driving to Ft Worth this week to help my buddy get his Shakespeare Festival (http://www.stolenshakespeareguild.com) ready to go.
Back to Austin tomorrow to put the Passat in a storage unit until the case is settled. It cant stay at the body shop anymore. Gene at Rebreu is getting in hot water keeping it 2 months and not doing any work on it. Totally cool guy though. Still recommend them for Austin or Central Texas residents!
On to the pictures!!!

Very well done in choice of c/o, rim, and car for that matter. I like the blackout, and love the stance!!

ya man, seriously a treat to see your ride. was sipping coffee and had to put the cup down to look closer :)
I have same setup as you, you're just a little lower than i went. did your installers have problems installing your rear coilovers? took mine a lot of time for the rears

My guy is local. Its his second job run out of his house and he does VERY well with it. This was the first B7 he has tackled but he nailed it. I have more clearence than I had in my Passat!

Very very nice. Makes me want to change up my grille and mirrors... I also need to lower my front a bit more, that's a great stance.

Looks great! I'm waiting on my 18" CHs to come in and then I'll put on the Eibach Pro Street coilover kit sitting on my floor! I put Hotchkis f/r sway bars on last weekend and the car seems to handle a little better. I hope mine looks as good as yours in a week or so!!![wrench]

Hey thanks guys. Funny this got bumped. I had to raise it up about an inch and put the Ti stocks back on last weekend. Didn't really want to buy new tires (2 of these in the pic have balding) for the 19" Chs since I will be teaching my Chinese fiancee how to drive once she gets over here by the end of the summer. Think it will be easier for her to learn if she can clear some speed bumps and curbs. The Tis look great and the ride height on the PSS9s seems perfect. Very comfy ride.
I took out the Carbonio and will just be leaving the chip and FORGE DV. Eventually I will do the ECS slotted and some grippier pads as well as summer tires again for the Tis. Maybe even a front sway since I have the RS4 rear. Possibly grab the 10mm spacers off my Passat next week and push the wheels out some. But serious modding is done for now with this car.
Next question - do I give this one to her and buy something for me, or buy her something next year. She likes Minis. :)

Well not slammed . . . but not stock either. [:D]
I think I like it. Little more practical for me right now.
Does anyone make an upper strut for the B7s?

They don't look as sexy as the BBS' but... what does?
Very nice choice, indeed. You've got some good taste, sir.

Thank you! I am on the verge of just keeping the wheels I think - although a couple of people are interested. I would love to paint them the Ti color.
