The Ko4 is going in this weekend

I finally got around to getting my extra manifold ported.. NOW i can finally install this Ko4 kit ive had in my closet for the last 2 months[rolleyes]

Naw, the thermal coating was an additional ~150 bucks.. It would be nice to have, but i'd rather get tires for the MB [:D]

How did your mani get ported? Did both the entry (4 heads), and exit to turbo get ported to match the gaskets? Did you get it ported all the way through the same diameter as the gaskets?

Yea, i had everything matched up to the gaskets.. There isnt anyway to port the runners to the same dia as the opening, its just not possible..
