I duknow...and I personally never find an issue with him, because seriously it's the internet. But he has double standards.
He gets kicked of AW over and over for various reasons and still goes back, to the point of harrasment. And I've seen him do the same to others over here while being a mod.
I think that's enough, if you can't play by forum rules you have no business be a mod. Done and done.

He offen TJ.
My SMIC thread was jacked hard by him. Not something a mod should do.

hmmmBecause I'm tired of the bullshit with having to babysit people like you, Snow Trooper, and others.
It's not worth my time or trouble anymore. I'd rather focus my attention on more important things, i.e., getting the blue sled dialed in for Waterfest where I plan to defend my title against Mark@ASP's fully built 3.0L GT28RS S4. [race]

Guys, is this really necessary? Marc answered the question ... Or, do you all really feel it's necessary to personally attack someone? He helped keep this forum in check for quite some time ... Who knows, if it wasn't for his moderation, perhaps this forum would have gone to shit and it wouldn't be around for us to post in ... Just a thought.

Spray or no spray? No spray. I think once I get the car sorted out, it will have a 10.5 or 10.6 in it. It won't be easy, but it's definitely doable.
I love underdogs and that's why I can't wait to line it up with Mark@ASP at Waterfest. OEM RS4 turbos/stock manifolds/stock bottom end/stock heads/stock cams vs Garrett GT28RS turbos/custom manifolds/built 3.0L bottom end/built heads, cams etc. [race]

I've bought multiple things from Marc (ECUS, injectors, etc) over the internet and never had a problem.
Marc has even loaned me parts to test. I gave him money as a deposit, he mailed me the part, then when I was done I mailed it back, and he gave me back my entire deposit without any problems.
I think Marc has one of the best reputations when it comes to selling.
I won't comment on his posts not related to selling though.[:D]

I meant for Mark @ ASP...his car is going to be friggen unreal (besides the motor a 200 shot of nitrous). Aside from the motor knowledge he already has, his collabarations with David@Eurocode on suspension will make his car stick like a mofo on the track.
To play the Devil's Advocate here, what has kept you out of the 10's for the last 15 months? The car was so close at a 11.05...if it were me I would have been at the track every day for the last year and one half trying to hit the number. Have you had some serious motor issues? I have noticed you have had plenty of time to buy and sell a few S4's...I doubt $$ is the issue.

I think Mark's car will have traction problems even without the nitrous. If the thing ever does hook, it will probably break something in the driveline (axle, rear end, transaxle). Do you remember KTR Performance's single turbo S4? That thing broke 2 or 3 times off the line at the strip and was never able to make a clean pass. That car was lightened up a lot too. It's ashame because it definitely had the potential to run 10's. It's always easier said than done though! This is part of the reason why I've attacked the weight issue in my blue car; it makes the car faster and more reliable!
I've only been to the strip with the blue sled twice in the last 15 months. The first time was back in Feburary at E-town. My 1st pass was an 11.4 @ 88 (on the brakes just before the 1/4 so I didn't get kicked out). I looked at the slip and my 1/8 and 1000ft were slightly better than they were on my 11.05 pass. So I decided to go all out on the next pass. It felt like a really good pass and I was psyched to get my timeslip, but the kid in the timeslip booth wouldn't give me the slip or even tell me what it ran (the time wasn't posted on the board either). He told me I had to go up to the tower. So I went up to the tower where management informed me that my car doesn't have a cage, harness, etc. and that they are not going to give me the timeslip or tell me what I ran. I asked nicely if they could at least tell me if it was a 10 second pass and they refused to answer the question. I was so pissed that I stormed out of there and left the track. I'll never go there again.
The second time out was back in early March. Different track, but I went on the wrong day, a Saturday. Saturday is the day for bracket racing, so I was only able to get a total of 3 passes. All 3 runs I had shifting/clutch disengagement issues. Best pass was 11.1x@129x with a 1.8x 60ft (http://www.titsup-racing.com/video/s4/bluetooth_11_1.wmv). I am running a new Clutchmasters Stage 3 clutch and while it holds just fine, the clutch pedal does not come up all the way after being WOT. I've tried bleeding it over and over again to no avail. I'm thinking of replacing the slave and master cylinder next. If that doesn't do the trick, I'm going to have to pull the tranny again and see what's up with the clutch. It's weird because hundreds of people have this clutch without any problems whatsoever.
Since early March when I had the clutch problems, I lost interest in the car for a few months as I started to dick around with the red tip car. My interest in the blue car was renewed again after reading some of the posts about the GI event. Just recently I installed a Vast MBC/TCD along with an NGK wideband. I've only worked on tweaking my pump gas tune so far, but the results have been amazing: from 2.95 FATS (no MBC/TCD) to 2.68 (more boost with MBC/TCD) to 2.59 (more timing, less fuel). That's on 93 octane! I can't wait to see what kind of improvements I can make on a balls out C16 tune.
Nope, I haven't had any motor issues whatsoever. Afterall, it's only a bolt on car with tiny K04s. [;)]

I did ask them. They said it's not common at all, but they'd be happy to take a look at it.
How much have you tried bleeding yours?
I'm running the stage 3 Kevlar disc with a Fidanza aluminum flywheel. You?

This is a weird thread ... There's no need to discuss Marc as a person or a seller in this thread anymore. He's answered the original question, and that should be enough ... If people want to discuss him as a seller, please make a separate thread in the buyer/seller feedback forum. I'm going to clean this up and move all of the posts on cars to a new thread...
