andre - no, i'm not replacing the shocks yet. the eibach springs are rated as "moderate lowering" and are supposed to work well with the stock shocks, or so AW A6 forum tells me. some guys on there have like 20k miles on their stock shocks with eibach springs, and i'm heading off to college in a month and a half, so i think i'll hold off on shocks until i need to replace them.
foo - hell yeah. i'm not complaining one bit. [:D]

I can't say I have ever seen that color before. But the wheels look good on it for sure.

It's called Andora Red Mica, it's like a burgundy. The pictures represent the color well actually. I've been told it's a rare color.
And about the wheels... I was skeptical when I ordered them, knowing they would eventually go on this car and not my A4. But now I'm very happy with how they look.

I don't think a silver wheel would have look anywhere near as good as the gunmetal ones. The drop will just bring them out even more.
