radio code

yeah so randomly i turned on my car the other day and my radio just decided to kick me in the ass and go into safe mode so i open my glove box only to see that my manual is missing and i dont have the slightest clue where it went i called audi and they want 125 dollars to fix it and give me the code is there another way to go about this or does someone know someone that could help me.

Same thing happened to me had to bite the bullet and call the dealer. I called several dealers and got the code for $60 the highest was $100.

the dealer here did it for my friend and his A6 for about $50 and that included them taking out the radio and finding the code that way....
