RS4 turbos

[S4 Avant]

My '01 S4 Avant is currently at the dealership getting its last service under warranty. I know the mechanic there and he is going to replace the turbos under warranty. I am thinking of having him swap in some RS4 turbos while this is being done.
-- Where is the best place to purchase RS4 turbos?
-- What else would need to be replaced at the same time (RS4 intercoolers, etc.)?

If the engine is already coming out you my want to get him to change the clutch. Also may want to look at doing the down pipes. These items are easy with the engine out and alot cheaper in labor.

As for where to get some RS4 you could call ECS tuning, there kit looks pretty good. Or if you want to get Hybred turbos call ACH Tuning they have several sets in the works.

i think bigger brakes would be a smart investment because the stock brakes were not meant to handle that much HP. RS4 intercooler, RS4 clutch would be the only other necessary things to get, check out

headers and fuel(injectors/pump/rail) should probably be addressed also. ive had my eye on the AWE kit, ch-ch-check it out
