01 Design Systems Carbon Fiber Rims (dosn't play well w/ 56k)(Evil....)

Made by 01 Design Systems in a limited production run, these rims are performance hand made consisting of a Aluminum Skeleton with a thick overlay of 100% Carbon Compsite. With each rim weight aprox 20lb. Rims are available from 17x7.0 up to 18x9.5 with the offsets ranging from 20MM to 48MM. Some of the bolt patterns are 5x100, 5x114.3, 5x112, 5x120 and 4x100 and 4x114.3.

The rims are sold as sets and pricing starts at $1500 for 17x7.0

Those are hella nice looking...

But I'd expect them to be less than 20lbs! My Volks are 19x8.5 and are 20lbs.

I've seen those a hundred times now. I'm not a fan of the wheel style, but if they were better looking I would consider it.

those wheels are hideous, boring design and an ass of a center cap. its a plain rim with CF over it.

20lbs?!?! OZ SLs wrapped in carbon fiber would come out lighter than that.
