S5 exhaust note vid

Hope this isn't a re-post, but found this and thought the S5 exhaust note was just about the best stock I'd ever heard. In fact, I would put it up there with many aftermarket exhausts.

My German is rough, but I did remember something in the 12l/100km range for fuel economy.
