....I need to buy a new one and dont know what type of battery it is, Looks quite different than the one in my camry.

It is a 91 series.
Interstate Batteries part number is MTP-91. Oh, they aren't cheap....
I went with a Diehard battery this spring. It was $109 at Sears.

yea, purchased one yesterday and it cost me 110. The interstate one is not as wide as the OE one so I had to bend the metal to stop it from shifting.

what is a 91 series battery and why is it different?

Most battery manufactures use common sizes. 91 is just the size for our cars.
I don't remember my interstate being smaller than the original, however.
