I start work @ 7am so I normally get a good spot. I try to get the safest/closest spot I can. I'm just happy that I there's a roof over my parking.

by 9:00am every spot on this level will be occupied, but at least with this spot I can move farther to one side and not worry about getting dings.

It's not parked sideways...I just parked on the line instead of within the space limits. :)
And yes...that is a silver Ultrasport...new employee girl at work, she just started Monday and bought the car Saturday...I was freaking shocked when I saw it parked next to my car on Monday.

NIce parking, I'd get scared that someone would key my car if I parked like that, but then again seems to be plenty of spaces.

btw, i park in two spaces all the time here at work... same spot every time (except today, i parked right next to the front door). nobody really cares since i'm the only one that parks on that side.... i park backwards and i'm at the last spot with a curb on my left side, and about 15 available spots to my right.

I wouldn't park near elevator/stairs - too busy. I'd find a space further away, at the end, near a wall, or post, something all alone. There's just too much traffic at the elevators/stairway typically, for me to feel safe about it. Everyone wants to park there too. I also find that even when I park my car as far to one side of the space as possible, someone will pull in next to me and park over the line. You just can't win [rolleyes] [mad]

you know what I hate...
parking your car in timbuktu.. going inside and coming out to find someone parked right next to you... but there are plenty of empty spaces.. they had to park right next to your car...

sometimes it's funny when people do that cuz their car is fixed up but not nearly as nicely done as yours.. maybe they figure that between the 2, they'd probably start on your car first before getting around to his/hers. [mad]

I try to play it safe too when I park at work. Even at home my car stays in the garage at all times. I thought that was the best place, NOT. Already got two door dings, from my wifes car!!!

Everytime I park like this, the guy next to me steals part of my spot. Pointless to even bother trying. It ticks me off to no end.
