i think the cruise should take priority over the meet since there arent too many dub/audi cruises that are well organized, we can set up a hooters meet like this any time...i may be in for the cruise, if i do decide to go..adam do you and anyone else in the burbs want to meet up somewhere and cruise to rockford, im in carol stream...

I completey agree, why would you want to "sit" in or around your car, when you could be out driving, and not only that, but driving with a bunch of other people and on really cool roads too!

Yes, I think we should meet and cruise up there, but, we have to be there @ 8:30 so I am planning on leaving the Elgin area about 7:30 and no later, I would much rather be an early bird and get the worm, than be a late guy and have nothing to do and nobody to cruise with, and besides, I wanna make sure I get to play some poker, and I dont really want to push my car on the way up there (cops are all over out there)

I'm thinking the easiest place and good location to get on I-90 would be around streets of woodfield since we have to get on 90 anyway, and it's not much of a detour for those coming from chicago, only for adam if he doesnt mind, or we could meet closer to him since he's in elgin...if we do choose this location, I say be there promptly by 7:20 am and we will leave there 7:30 on the dot...I have 2 2-way radios I will bring so if anyone else wants to bring some, it'll be a bit more fun...if you end up late, just play catch up on 90...

I think you got it right, I will cruise a little east just so I can hang with you guys and then all of us cruise west!

I also have 2, 2 way radios, and I will be on channel 4 (for quattro - lol) so if anyone wants to borrow one just MAKE sure I get it back.

Also, I will be @ Streets a little early, prolly about 7 so I can get me a jamba juice and be ready to ROLL by 7:30 at the very latest :)

Personally - I would rather be driving my car, than to see it sit for a few hours.

Besides, it is going to be a great day for a drive as far as the weather goes, and from what I hear there is going to be some great roads too!
