Oh snap, i thought i had it bad at $3.74 per gallon, you got hosed with $3.81. I remember driving my Sierra, when gas was only $2.90 for 87, but i'd end up paying about $80.00 to go 300 miles. at least now i only have to pay around $50.00 to go 300 miles, would of cost me now about $95-100.00 to fill up that gas guzzling beast.

try buying in the uk, it works out at about $7.31 a gallon

its somewhere in the neighborhood of $3.13/gal for 91 octane here.

I wish I didnt have to sell my civic to pay for my Cali trip, or I'd rock that thing. 4 gallons of regular unleaded (first time I've put that in any vehicle I've owned over the last 4 years), put me at just over half a tank when I had a little above E left.

i paid 0.295/gal for 93 two weeks ago at a chevron station.... my friend calls me at noon, he's like dudee i just filled up for 3.50 and i'm like great, i can fill up for 2.98/gal, so he's like nooo, it's 3.50 to fill up the entire tank.
i quickly drive down to the station, and fill up the entire tank for 3.99, i couldn't put in a penny more since it started to leak out...lol, 10 minutes later my dad who i told the same news tells me they inverted the prices back to 2.95/gal. it's weird too, since only 93oct was erroneously priced.

before long, every time you punch it on the on ramp is going to cost you $5

good thing i probably won't be getting a raise any time soon to compensate for the extra $50-100 in gas i'll be spending.

then again, i might be able to work from home before long. THAT, would be awesome and safe tons on gas.

I live 30 minutes east of Pittsburgh, PA and Its like 2.89 for 91/93 [depending on gas station] My mom sometimes gives me her fuelperks, so that helps too.
