Contrast is good[:D]
Besides, if you do that you gotta do the rear rings too.

Little polished accents around the car will go perfect with your wheels. Leave them silver.
Has anyone blacked out the a4, 1.8t, and ring emblems on the rear? I think it would look good.

That might look kinda cool. Probably a pain in the ass since you would have to remove them, sand, paint, and find some sort of adhesive to put them back on.

I guess we can get a set of rear rings, paint them and stickon/install.

its not hard.. just take stock ones off.. paint them flat black and then put them back on with double sided tape. the flat black will give it an almost "gunmetal" color when compared to the brilliant black.

How do you think the rear would look totally nekkid/shaved with no rings at all on BB?

I don't know if I would do it, but it looks pretty crazy. Davidkae (I think that is his SN) has a dolphin with no badges.

I have my front rings painted but left the rear chrome. I dont want to put new adhesive on the rear rings. Once you do that, they never stick the same. The best thing would be to get new ones from the dealer with brand new adhesive, paint then install. Me personally, I like the chrome left on the rear. Otherwise the chrome strip at the bottom of the trunk would look lonely.

I don't think you should paint em Because your car is all black, I think it would look ok on a lighter car though, imo the dark cars need a little bit of shine even if it is just emblems just like astris said, it'd tie in w/ your polished lips.
