No CEL. Just poor mileage, according to the trip computer (Average MPG always around 15.6 mpg; Immediate MPG is good).

I've noticed, however, that when shifting with tip I get a slightly better mileage, possibly due to me keeping the revs higher (more torque, less work on the gas pedal).

Just recently installed NGK BKR6E spark plugs.

Need help.

Thanks.

When the last time you checked your air filter? That can make a big difference if it is dirty.

also try some fuel injector cleaner, it supposedly helps out noticeably with gas mileage

Forgot to mention that it has a new air filter as well.
And, when I had a problem with TBA a couple of months ago I did run a can of SeaFoam through the fuel system.

actually I also have had bad millege with my car, and its been like this since day 1. I am thinking those numbers posted by AUDI really does vary among each car.

personally I get 22-23 mpg with mix highway / local.....27 on all highway with steady 65-75mph.

cheking the plugs should help you a bit, but not significantly

I've always gotten around 320-330 on a tank of gas in the city and over 400 on the highway.

Did you gap the brk6e's? the 6e-11s come gapped correctly, the 6es do not.
