Just wanted to let everyone on this forum know how great they are. They are perhaps the most legit-custmer friendly shop I have ever dealt with. Tony in sales is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. He'll take time to answer any question or find any part you want. Emil and Joe are cool as hell as well, haven't dealt with Joe as musch as I have with Emil, but these guys are stand-up guys. And Billy (shop mechanic/owner) is awsome. No one here will ever steer you wrong.

I stopped by the shop on Friday (4/13) to pick up some parts for my brakes and had Billy take a look at my car cause it was making noises. Billy told me it was my Fuel pump, and rather than just say leave the car and we will fix it. First thing he asked was if I still had warranty left on the car, cause that is work that will be covered under the Audi Assured Waranty. Sure enough, I took it to the Audi Dealership and all I had to pay was a $50.00 deductable just like he said.

I have said this before in the past when people are asking for a good shop in the Chicagoland area. I will never take my car anywhere else. Unless it's to get warranty work done. Renn-Art is the best shop in or around the city of Chicago!!!

I agree whole heartedly.

As some of you know, I own the UneekTT, and I have put a lot of time, effort and lots of cash into this car. That being said, this car obviously means a great deal to me, and I dont just bring it any old shop.

My car has been going to Renn-Art for almost as long as I have owned it!

I have meet Emil personally (for a beer and some chit-chat)

Good guy, I have spoken to Renn-Art (via phone) and they seemed to answer all my questions.

Just to bad they are so damn far from me...As I need my car for work. I'd totally give them my business. Maybe Emil will open a shop in Chicago :)

Dude, I live in Bucktown and I still take my car there. They are open on Saturdays and most of the work they do can be done in a day or two. You can also order your parts whenver and Tony will call you when they arrive, then just go pick them up on a Saturday.

Mike F^ck off!!! (J/K) Car just got back from Stealership for some warranty work. If Motul Brake Fluid comes in before Friday, the brakes will be going on this week-end as well as the wheels. Can't make it on the 28 April. Going to Six Flags (Special Company kinda thing, it wont be so friggin crowded) How about the 5 May instead.
