so... ordered my scats from tony 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them. supposable he sent them out 2 mondays ago and now i cant get a hold of him. mean while my engine is out of my car and waiting for them. i know that he is out of the country or something but usually he gets back at me within 1-2 days. sorry really no reason to post just wanted to rant to someone as i just want this project to be DONE and i want to be able to drive my car.

Nothing against tony but this is exactly why you deal with a "shop" since they are there nearly every day to answer the phone. Hard to deal with someone that does it on the side and isn't home most of the time.

no i emailed him back for the tracking number and he never got back to me. I just dont understand it because he has been really easy to work with before this. I think he will make it up to me when it comes time for the turbo etc...

I understand your pain as many others have been waiting on his return but that was full blast... [eek]

I wish he wasn't out of the country i would have paid for his trip up to my neck of the woods to look at my car. Instead of having this asshole mechanic that just gave me the assraping of my life to fix a fucking wastegate; after I told him to check the wastegate he wants to change coilpacks and sparkplugs all the while leaving me in the dark... Then to say it was the wastegate... Now i'm stuck with a hefty pricetag...

its kind of hard getting stuff done w/o reliable help as I'm sure you're all aware of. I'll comp the rods and credit your next order after we clear up the extra stuff. the rods went out usps express (not my first choice as a carrier) last week so I have to see where they went or where they are.
