You will most likely rub. I run the same size wheels and can only get away with 225/40's with some rubbing every once in a while. I have Eibach/Bilstien combo.

hmm - have you rolled your fenders?

what brand tire are you running...this has been discussed many times depending on the manufacturer their 235 is more like a 225 but from my experience toyo/falken run narrow. whilst continental/bridgestone run true to their sizing.

you will most likely rub on this setup. I don't recommend you rolling the fenders, but trim off approx 1/4" of the fender's lip and modding the fender liner. This should help but will not eliminate it all together you'll have to be careful cutting sharp turns going up steep driveways....

I have the Moven Sp10's and they are the same size as the ADR M-Sports you are looking at 18x8.5. I think if you go with the 235 you will have rubbing going on...
I have Toyo Proxes 4 225/40ZR18 and I get no rubbing, but you will have the stretch look going on or as some say "Euro stretch" don't know why in the world it's called that[rolleyes]

here is what it looks like...

You will most likely rub, no matter what tire you go with. I had a set of Kumho 712s - 225/40/18s and switched to Yokohama ES100s - 235/40/18 on my CHs (18x8.5 35mm offset).

I had NO rubbing at all w/ my 225s but have rubbing issues w/ my 235s. I haven't taken the time to trim the fenders yet though. My tires are taking a beating... [:(] OK, so it's not THAT bad, but if I go on a very spirited drive, my front tires look like they have hair growing off of them...[;)]

Thanks guys - I think I will still go with 235's. I can;t stand the stretched look. I will trim/roll the fenders when it comes to that.

I've cut up everything else on my car, I guess the fenders is just the next logical thing... 8)

i bought a set of these and my problem is not that it will fit, it does. but using 5 mm spacer to clear the huge calipers that the S4 has and now i it sticks out a bit! if i could just use 4 or even 3 mm spacers i would be fine i think
