It seems like it's always in NJ or somewhere but NYC...I missed the GTG in brooklyn, but that's the only one I've heard of since I started posting in AZ and AW...

yup, every now & then we meet over in Edgewater. not NYC, but its across the river.

Me and Alex (Digital) were talking about the possibility of a meet next weekend. I'd like it to be in NY. Any interest?

bah... Staten Island??? I don't think I've ever ventured off the Expwy. Brooklyn sounds like a decent idea... or maybe even Jones Beach for us Long Island folks :)
but I'd go for Brooklyn, it'll make my girl happy

ok but in all seriousness... I do think that someplace in Brooklyn (someone who knows the area better than me chime in here) or Jones Beach would be a good place for a meet.
Next weekend would be good cause then we can all make some waterfest plans regarding caravans and see where everyone is staying. Plus I wanna show off my newly powdercoated rims [:D]
i think jones beach would be too far if u want to include more jersey heads
SI or brooklyn would be more in the middle b/w jersey and LI
not familiar with SI so Anth can chime in and make suggestions
as far as brooklyn ppl ususally meet up at Caesars Bay off the belt parkway or Floyd Bennett Field
but there are also other places to meet depending on how many cars......if it's a smaller group there is always sheepshead bay or manhattan beach....just some suggestions

broklyn meet sounds nice, any one ever did a Bear mountain Gtg near the Palisades pkwy nice winding roads!! =)

Hey guys...I'm on vacation, so I've been missing all the posts. But I think a meet at Floyd Bennett Field would be nice...a few AW'ers gtg there and they were there not to long ago.
I will be back this week end from vacation...let me know if you guys are going to meet.

I'm not sure...it depends on how many people want to come to brooklyn? Or if someone else knows of a better place for a GTG in NYC...
Jones beach is nice. Its pretty much desolate there.
