how much is the drop? (non 02 sport)

Non-sport drop is 2"
They'd make short work of the stock dampeners, you could run them maybe 30K on a lower mileage vehicle before needing to upgrade, thats just the brutally honest truth, a lot of places out there would just tell you it'd be fine but the reality is its too radical of a change for the stock dampeners to last long.
To order call 866 899 3757, If your local to either store (Bellevue, WA or Beaverton, OR) you can also pick them up.

I got Nuespeed Sports on eBay for $210. Do a search. They drop a 3.0L Sport by 0.75" and a non-sport by 1.2" with improved ride comfort, so they say.

I don't see a generation listed, so i have to ask.

do you have any for a b5 1.8t quattro sedan?

This was moved from its approriate forum, the springs available are for the B6/B7 platform, Quattro 1.8T or 2.0L FSI.

Bilsteins are regular pricing we just want to clear out these shelf warmers.

We're down to two sets, we also have a couple sets of the standard Neuspeed sport springs I can let go for the same price, we took a wash on these, everyone buys coilovers!

I'll order a set tomorrow afternoon, I don't need the adjustability of coilovers and the race springs DUMP the car.

They look great, heard great things, and that's a great price. [up]

Was this on a sprot or non-sport model? Were you running stock dampers?

Thanks for posting that awesome picture.

Yeah this is a once in a lifetime deal guys, we're losing $$ so don't expect this kind of a deal again, we're just trying to make room and free up capital for our spring inventory. Usually we don't even run internet/mail order sales we sell almost exclusively through our retail locations.

yes

We're stalled out on two and two.
We did have a chance to install a set of the Race springs on a car on the sport suspension and the ride height was awesome and the ride was surprisingly good given the lowness of the car.

i was looking to pick up a set, but one thing is holding me back. Im on stock non-spot suspension and have around 25k miles already. In a previous post, you said that they will work for around 30k on a low mileage vehicle. Do you think the stock shocks will last much longer on the race springs..if not i might just have to wait and get coilovers.

Dean@Futrell Autowerks
04-21-2007, 12:13 PM
I doubt you'd get a great deal of qaulity mileage out of the non-sport suspension, maybe 15K-20K over what you've already got on them. For $150 you really can't go wrong, you should in theory be able to sell them for that much when you do decide to upgrade, or maybe you'll just decide to buy bilstein or Konis, the ride height of the race springs is awesome.

if I stuck with my stock sport shocks with 60k miles on them and got the sport springs would i get a lot more mileage and a smoother ride than using the race springs?

I got one if you want to ship out within the next week or so.. If I have the sport suspension will the NS springs still give a little more drop on the car?

To bad these would not fit on a B5 S4, I need springs.

05-23-2007, 02:14 PM
We're down to just the two sets of Race springs now-
See my post above about the Race springs height/ride on a car previously equipped with sport springs, it was a noticable drop with excellent ride qaulity.

We're finally sold out on both styles of springs, thanks guys!
