CV Noise?

I'm getting a noise on slow, tight radius turns that sounds like tire rub, but I'm on stock suspension, wheels and tires. Happens more readily when there is suspension travel as well. Also there is evidence of grease on my front wheels. Are these signs of a CV boot tear? Thanks in advance.
