I ordered the Q7, Lava Gray S-line Premium Package. But while I was there I put down a Deposit (# 3 on the list) for the R8. What I am wondering will the Q7 pull the R8 and the Trailer. I do have the towing package.

Hey, where'd you order them from? I might be in the market for a Q7 soon. I leased my A6 thru Prestige. Just wanted to see if one dealer gave you a better deal than the other. (Prestige vs McDonald)
TIA!

I ordered it from Prestige. What I am finding out is that the V8 will not handle it. I will trade the New Q7 for the V10 Q7 when it comes out. That thing will ripe the axles out of the trailer. But I wonder if the New Q7 will pull the trailer with the RS-4 in it? Which is heavier the RS-4 or the R8?????

the R8 is 100k ... the rs4 is like 80

due to the exclusivity of the car, only 150 units or so in the first production year in the US, prices are going to clear 115k easily, and only certain dealers that choose to pay audi 40k outright are going to have the right to carry the r8.. although some dealers that didnt pay the 40k are going to be delivered just one to sell to a very loyal customer

to answer your question yes. My wife and I have a 3.6L and it pulls my boat just fine. Total tow weight is for my boat and trailer is like 4600lbs. The gas mileage will suck though.

I am going to tow a 19 foot boat this weekend for the first time with my 3.6.
