whats up

i recently moved to maryland and after noticing some ups and downs in the performance of my car, realized that some stations in maryland use E10, which is ethanol added gasoline if you don't know

does anyone familiar with the area know which stations do not use ethanol? i'm in the baltimore (white marsh actually) area and would like to pick a station that does not use the blended fuel

thanks

thanks man, i'll have to train myself to go there. is this the one at pulaski/middle river?

i live down the street from FSH so thats nice and close

i swear my car seems to have lost a little bit and i'm hoping the differences in gas might be the culprit

it might be whats causing the loss. you should swing by and we can run the codes to see if there is something stupid robbing you. ethanol really shouldnt be a problem. my tt isnt any different with that stuff in it.

whats up man. i actually have a VAG and no codes have showed up (good lookin out though). don't get me wrong, the car runs great...but like my old chipped 1.8t i swear it gets stronger and weaker on a daily basis haha

i think when i get a free day (well weekend in my case) im gonna do some logging just for the hell of it.

what you got in the tt btw?

just a diverter valve, all stock other than that. havent decided what route to go......r32 motor, or old skool 12v vr6 or just work the 1.8t. been keeping too busy with customer cars to worry about my own. im usually the first to tell people to do a tb service and held off on my own for 93k and had a water pup fail..lol. thats really the only thing i did to my car...service.!
