Maintenance
I've got the more-or-less full service history. Major items:
- RS4 Clutch (~95k)
- All the control arms have been replaced in the last 2 years
- RS4 (K04) turbos, inlets, etc (~110k)
- Pads/Rotors (~120k)
- Spark plugs (142k)
- New LCD in Cluster (142k)
- Timing belt, water pump, coolant tank, valve cover gaskets, numerous other small items (140k)

Condition
The good:
The car is in solid shape for the age/mileage. Interior is in great shape. Brand new center LCD screen. Car runs VERY well for a K04 car... smooth idle, starts right away whether hot or cold... really none of the finicky-ness I've seen with other cars. I think this is attributed to getting just the right code dialed in through working with Autospeed. This car is FAST, but easy enough to drive that my girlfriend takes it out during the week. Never in a major accident (paint work has been done on the car, but it's a great match).

The bad:
The front bumper skin probably needs to be replaced. It has rock chips, and a crack on the bottom edge. The bumper has actually been cracked since I bought the car in '06, and I have never bothered to replace it. There is some curb rash (1/6 of wheel) on one of the wheels. There is a M&M sized corrosion spot on the rear hatch, and some very small paint bubbling on the right front fender. Nitpicking on the interior, there is some minor wear on the driver's seat bolster, but way less than you'd expect for the age, and there is a small tear in the leather on the front passenger seat bottom.

Price
Asking $13.5k obo. You will not find a healthy Stage III Manual Avant easily. These cars are rare to begin with, and most Stage III's are somewhat cobbled together. This car was done right, and it runs great. I'm selling this car because I getting something newer- but I will miss this thing like crazy.
