- General information
The car is a perfect daily driver and could make a perfect weekend car, the car is driven ~60 miles everyday of the week on a 55 mph high way from Grand Haven to Grand Rapids, averages ~27 MPG. The car is washed and vacuumed at least once a week and it shows it, clay bared and waxed once every 2 months or so. In general, the car is kept clean at all times.

- Exterior
The body of the car is in very good condition, it has two very small door dings (tried to take a picture of them but they won't show) one is on the passenger door and an other on the rear passenger side door. The car does NOT have any rust, dents, scratches, clear coat missing...etc.
Front bumper and hood were re-sprayed by a very good local body shop due to rock chips (I have the receipt), paint matches perfectly, they did a great job. The car has NOT been involved in an accident that I know of.
Exterior modifications are 30% window tint all the way around (not the windshield). The clear corner mod can be performed if requested by seller but as of right now the headlights are untouched and completely stock.

- Interior
Alcantara, leather and carpet are in mint condition and they barely show any wear/use. Alcantara has been well taken care of and it shows it, along with the carpet, the car has always been cleaned/deatiled often. The carpet is clean, with no stains and it has no worn out spots. Driver's floormat shows some wear. All the plastics/dash have NO scratches, and even the shifter surround is in good condition. Cupholder WORKS along with everything else (sunroof, windows, heated seats, all radio controls, arm rest...etc) Trunk comes with the cargo net, and audi tools and I believe the audi gloves are there too.
The car can be sold with a AWE boost gauge in vent style for an extra $100 if it has not sold by the time it's picked up.

- Engine/Maintenance
The car is ALWAYS properly warmed up and cooled down. Engine bay is extremely clean, the car was always serviced at DUBWERX in Ohio, I have receipts for everything that has been done. The car runs perfect with no check engine lights.

Timing belt done at 88k

New tires
The car is mechanically perfect, oil has always been changed every 3k miles, last oil change was 2k miles ago with Mobil 1 15W50 (perfect for summer)
RS4 clutch and resurfaced flywheel @ 115k
Checked turbos then and they were perfect with no shaft play
New front brake pads (will install this week)
I have receipts for everything listed, even all of the oil changes.

Stock tune with rear o2 sensors coded out
AWE down pipes
AWE mid pipes with catalytic converters (I also have the AWE test pipes that can replace the cats by undoing 6 bolts)
AWE Twin 2 exhaust
H&R Ultra low coil overs (run perfect with 0 noises)
RS4 clutch (checked turbos when I did it and they were perfect) Car has never been chipped
18'' Hartmann RS4 wheels with new tires (forgot the brand)
RS4 grille for an extra $100
Low coolant temp. fan switch (makes the after run pump and electric auxiliary fan kick in every time you shut the car off if it's up to operating temp.)
I have the battery cover, it will go with the car.
