Bad stuff.
the previous owner was in a minor accident, as reflected on the CarFax. Cosmetic only, no frame damage, no component damage etc.
Driver side front fender rubs slightly on bigger dips
Driver seat is showing minor wear
Some nicks in the paint, but really not bad for 100k
Rotors had to be ground down a little bit to get the wheels to fit. No negative effects, just some surface rust.
Will probably need control arms at some point soon.
