Due to a recent change in work responsibilities I no longer have the time to finish up my A6 4.2 project. I'd like to pass the car onto someone else who appreciates the uniqueness of the car and can see it to completion. The car sounds great, moves good and is one of a kind. To my knowledge it has the only set of longtube headers built for the C5 4.2s ($2500), S8 cams and intake manifold really liven the car up (~$1000), along with many other boltons. The car does need some work, which I have outlined to the best of my knowledge below, I'd like anyone interested in the car to be fully informed beforehand so feel free to ask any questions either here or via email (beemercer@gmail.com). The car is currently being driven every Sunday to make sure the fluids keep moving, and is otherwise garaged.
I'd like to get $9k as it sits ($10k w/ the SSRs), title on hand.

Recent Maintenance[/B]
Drivetrain
-155000 miles: Replaced Alternator w/ Used OEM from AudiS4Parts.com
-156000 miles: New NGK Sparkplugs
Suspension
-154400 miles: Replaced Passenger Side Axle w/ New EMPI
-154600 miles: Replaced Drivers Side Axle w/ New EMPI
Issues:
Interior
-Sun visors don't match headliner, I wrapped the headliner with black suede never did the sunvisors
-The headliner wrapping could have been tighter, the material I used didn't stretch much so there are some inperfections. It holds up perfectly (not hanging anywhere, used loctite heavy duty spray adhesive)
-#2 button on the radio is kinda loose, think a clip broke. Its still on there fine, just not perfect
-The power rear sunshade didn't wanna deploy last time I went to use it, didn't look into it
-The passenger side kick panel cover needs a screw and the screw cover
-Small tear in the driver's side seat bolster from wear
-ABS and Brake light on from keying the car on with the clockspring disconnected
Exterior Aesthetics
-Paint is worn, lots of rock chips from the previous owners, scratches, etc
-Crack in the rear bumper through the lower valance
-Front bumper has a crack from some guy who backed his trailer hitch through it (under the license plate) and a crack near the driver's fender from a fox
-Front driver's fender got banged up when the car slid off the jack back when we got hit with all the snow in October, its not obvious but the shape is a bit off
-Same incident the jack went through the side skirt, meant to repair it but I decided to move on
-Also same incident the jack caught the door blade and popped one of the screws out and pulled it off the track, never looked into if it needed replacing
-Good size crack on the bottom of the windshield, down in the tinted area, really don't notice it unless you are looking for it
-Some other rock chips in the windshield, its the original glass
Suspension/ Brakes
Performance
-The driver's side trans mount bracket cracked, it holds in fine to drive normally but hard shifting lifts it. Its aluminum so I couldn't weld it.
-On high rpm 1-2 shifts (like 6.8k ) its like the synchro doesn't wanna spin up and engage. The trans was rebuilt by Jay HarbisonJHM at 130k miles (at ~157k now), so I don't think its the 1-2 shift collar issue (it always shifts 1-2 fine otherwise). Myself and a few others I know all said it sounds like the synchros just can't keep up, the motor spins super hard in 1st due to the 4.11s
-Needs a valve cover gasket on the passenger side, it leaks quite a bit, then the oil burns off once the motor gets warm
-Needs a radiator breather line, the stock one snapped and I patched it with rubber line
-Its got a code for a cam position sensor on the passenger side, tried swapping the sensors side to side but the code didn't move so I believe its the adjustor.
-Random misfires when the motor is cold on the same bank as the cam adjustor code
-Probably needs a new PCV valve
-Code for no response from the TCU
-There is no torque mount, the stock one ripped in half and there are no good replacements. All the other mounts hold everything in well though
-Emissions readiness is still a work in progress, EVAP fails with no codes. O2 sensor fails because the rear O2 delete isn't perfectly dialed in. The tune is through JHM.
Oil changes at 5k with new Bosch PH-1 Filters (the oil filter relocation kit uses mustang filters) and Motul Xcess 5W-40, clean the air filter at the same time.
Thanks for looking.

Yeah unfortunately time is harder to come by and I don't see this advancing at anything but a snail's pace for the immediate future.
Currently I'm driving an 05 Grand Cherokee Limited, its a different experience to say the least but I enjoy it. Next up is a house lol.
And for anyone interested, a video

Just out of curiousity, is it going to it's new home?
This might just be my 'motivation' to quit smoking.
