They were on my B5 S4 avant. And yes, they'd look bitchin on a Q7.

They use BBS's proprietary metal hub rings, so, they can adapt to any size. That being said, they currently have 56mm hub rings.

I'm very curious as to fitment for my C5 S6. Probably a tight fit up front. I assume you had a widebody?

With no fender work, you'd need some stretched tires in the back not to rub. The front, I'm not 100% sure, but I think you'd rub like crazy. I ran a 19x9 ET35 on my B6 and it was pretty close to flush.
